FPA Category: Blue
Dragon Cartap is Cartap Hydrochloride. It is a systemic insecticide highly effective against insects that are chewing, boring, leaf mining, and sucking. It is also a contact and stomach poison. It is registered for use in rice, crucifers (cabbage, cauliflower, pechay, broccoli, etc), cucurbits (watermelon, melon, ampalaya, squash, etc.), garlic, onion, white potato, and mango.
It is available in 100g/sachet.
Dragon Humus is an organic soil conditioner and plant growth stimulant. It contains humic acid which is a final break-down constituent of the natural humification of organic materials such as plant and animal matters through the biological activities of microorganisms.
Dragon Humus is not an alternative to fertilizer and is not, by itself, a fertilizer. However, it acts as a soil conditioner and as a bio-catalyst and bio-stimulant for the plant. In other words, it enhances plant growth and it increases fertility of the soil.
Dragon Humus comes with it a lot of benefits which includes an increase in yield up to 70% because of improved soil fertility. It may also reduce the need for commercial and inorganic fertilizers and pesticides up to 30% due to improved soil fertility and better absorption of plants of nutrients from the soil. It also improves the water holding capacity of the soil thus helping resist drought.
It can be mixed with insecticides and fungicides in the market except for those with copper hydroxide in its content/s.
Available in 100g/sachet packaging.
FPA Category: Yellow
Dragon Methomyl is a carbamate, broad spectrum insecticide. It is also a cholinesterase inhibitor which rapidly dissolves in water but is not persistent on the soil.
Among the insecticides listed, Dragon Methomyl has the quick knock out effect where after spraying, immediate action on the insects are readily seen for the control of certain insect pest of asparagus, banana, beans, corn, eggplant, melons, mungbeans, rice, sitaw, soybean, tobacco, and tomato.
Available in 100g/sachet and 25g/sachet packaging.
FPA Category: Yellow Label
King Arthur 2.5EC is also a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide. Its active ingredient is Lambda Cyhalothrin. While basically it is of the same properties with Tag 357 5EC, King Arthur 2.5EC is a pseudo systemic insecticide due to its high solubility in the water. This high solubility makes its solution easily absorbed by the plant. Therefore, while it also has contact and stomach action to the insects, those pests that go through inside the plants that are feeding through piercing or sucking King Arthur treated plants will also die.
Available in 1L, 500ml, and 250ml.
Quadro 8 is bispyribac sodium SC100. It is a selective, systemic, broad spectrum, post emergency herbicide with excellent control of annual grasses, sedges, and broadleaves in dry or wet seeded and transplanted rice fields. It is selective because it kills the weeds but leaves the rice unaffected. It is best used within 7-15 days after direct seeding or transplanting and when the weeds has 2-4 leaves.
Quadro 8 is absorbed through the leaves and roots on the plant. It inhibits the enzyme acetolactate synthase (ALS) and the subsequent biosynthesis of essential amino acids, which in turn, interferes with cell division and causes cessation of plant growth, leaving to chlorosis, necrosis, and death of sensitive plants. The selectivity of Quadro 8 is a result of absorption, translocation, and differential metabolism. In sensitive plants, bispyribac sodium is absorbed through the leaf surface and translocated throughout the plant. In insensitive plants such as rice, Quadro 8 is rapidly metabolized to non-herbicidal output.
250ml is enough to cover a hectare of rice field.
Available in 250ml and 125ml packaging
Rice Pro is butachlor 600EC. It is a pre-emergent herbicide for an excellent control and prevention of growth of grasses, sedges, and selected broadleaves in transplanted and direct seeded rice.
Rice Pro 600EC inhibits cell division by blocking protein synthesis in weeds’ seeds. In other words, Rice Pro 600EC prevents and stops the development of the weeds from day 0. It is best applied from 0-4 days after transplanting and 3-4 days after seeding.
It is recommended to maintain water level at a uniform depth of 3-5cm before spraying.
Available in 1 liter packaging.
FPA Category: Green Label
Tag 357 5EC is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide which denotes that the product is manmade. Its active ingredient is cypermethrin. Pyrethroids are manmade chemicals that are in a way, similar to the pyrethrins in pyrethrum extract which comes from chrysanthemum plant. Being synthetic while having the same properties, Tag 357 lasts longer.
The insecticidal properties of Tag 357 are similar to ketoalcoholic esters of crysanthemic and pyrethroic acids. These acids are strongly lopophilic and are rapidly penetrating a number of insects while paralyzing their nervous system.
Tag 357 has a contact and stomach action.
Available in 1L, 500ml, and 250ml.

Tagluscide Pellet is metaldehyde in pellet/granule form. It acts on pests, golden apple snails in particular, by contact or ingestion. It can be more economical in the sense that the distribution of the granules may only be on selected parts of the rice paddies.
It is available in 1 kilo packaging.
Tagluscide WP is niclosacide 70wp. It is a quick knock-down solution to the golden apple snails in transplanted and direct seeded rice paddies.
Tagluscide WP inhibits glucose uptake, oxidative phosphorylation, and anaerobic metabolism of the golden apple snails once under the affected solution. Hence, it is advisable to maintain a 1-3cm water depth in each rice paddies prior to spraying a dissolved 35g/16L of water solution. All snails that are visible in the Tagluscide WP treated paddies will die immediately.
350 grams of Tagluscide WP is good for a hectare of rice field.
Triple 8 is glyphosate 480 SL. It is a systemic, broad spectrum, post emergence, and non-selective herbicide for the complete control of perennial grasses, broadleaf weeds, as well as annual weeds on registered crops.
Triple 8 is absorbed through the leaves via stomata then translocated to the other parts of the plant especially the underground parts such as the roots. Triple 8 inhibits key enzymes needed by the plant for protein synthesis. Immediate effect can be seen 2-4 days after application. Distinctive effects on weeds are wilting, turning yellow to brown, then lastly, the complete deterioration from the roots up to the tip of the leaves.
Visible effects of Triple 8 can be observed 2-4 days on most annual weeds.
Triple 8 is a premium quality grade glyphosate to ensure high efficacy. It is also non-volatile and is biodegradable making it environment friendly. It is easily neutralized upon contact to the soil and is degraded via biological processes through the natural decomposers in the soil.
Available in Drum, 25L, 20L , 5L, Gallon, 2L, and 1L packaging
